More than 500 Christmas presents were distributed to internally displaced and disadvantaged children living in Ukraine. Many of these children have seen and experienced the horrors of the ongoing conflict with Russian-separatists in eastern-Ukraine. Having fled to relative safety in Kiev, most now live in difficult conditions in temporary accommodation.
David Hathaway has been actively working in Ukraine since 1992, although his connection with the nation goes back to his Bible smuggling days in the 1960s. On 6 June, we will be holding the fifth annual Day of Prayer for Ukraine - praying for peace, forgiveness and revival in this war weary nation.
More than 500 sweet presents have been prepared by David Hathaway Ministry team for children from the needy and the internally displaced families from eastern Ukraine. Many of these children have personally witnessed the horrors of war or may live now in difficult conditions.
