What joy, what rejoicing, awaits those who receive the victory of the Lord. Peter and John were on their way into the Temple to pray, when a lame man called out for help. Peter, unable to give money, gave something of greater value, he reached out his hand, pulled the lame man up, and as he did so, the man arose, completely healed.

There are many times when we need to cry out, "help me!" And when we do, Jesus is right there listening. The Psalmist says, 'I love the Lord, for He heard my cry. Because He turned His ear to me, I will call on Him as long as I live.'
